All orders are shipped from our headquarters in Lünen, Germany. We ship worldwide using established carriers such as DHL, UPS, and FedEx, depending on destination and package specifications. Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, weight, and dimensions of your order. The applicable shipping cost will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

International Orders & Customs
For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply. These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer. They are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
All international shipments include the required commercial documentation for customs clearance.
Shipping Insurance
