What platforms are your products based on?
Our edge AI systems are built on NVIDIA Jetson platforms, including Jetson AGX Orin and Jetson Orin NX/Nano modules. These deliver high AI computing performance for demanding edge applications.
Do your devices come with software pre-installed?
Yes, all our systems are shipped pre-flashed and ready to use out of the box. Details on the delivery status are listed on each product page.
What camera interfaces do your systems support?
Depending on the model, our systems support GMSL, SDI, and GigE camera interfaces. Please check the technical specifications on the respective product page for details.
Can I use my own AI models on your hardware?
Yes. Our platforms support common AI frameworks and SDKs, allowing you to deploy and run your own custom models. Development can be done using Python, C/C++, and other standard tools.
What is the Braincell technology?
The Braincell is a hot-swappable SSD storage module available on select GUSTAV and GENAI products. It contains not only storage but also pre-installed AI applications and frontends that are ready to use immediately — no additional setup required.
Are your products CE certified?
Yes, our products are CE compliant and meet the applicable regulatory requirements for use in industrial and commercial environments.
What operating temperature range do your devices support?
Our systems are designed for industrial use and typically support an operating temperature range of -20°C to 70°C. Please refer to the product specifications for exact details.
Is a power supply included with the devices?

Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our headquarters in Lünen, Germany.
Do you ship internationally?
