Right of Withdrawal
Our online store is directed exclusively at businesses (Unternehmer) within the meaning of § 14 BGB (German Civil Code). As all purchases are made in a business-to-business (B2B) context, the statutory right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht) pursuant to §§ 312g, 355 BGB does not apply.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible via our Contact page.
Cancellations may be accepted if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered production or has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, please refer to our Returns policy.
Custom & Built-to-Order Products
Orders for products that are manufactured, configured, or customized to the customer’s specifications cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
