We process personal data only to the extent necessary for the provision of a functional website and our products and services. The processing of personal data takes place only with your consent or where processing is permitted by law.
3. Hosting
This website is hosted on servers operated and managed by REBOTNIX GmbH via the infrastructure provider Vultr Holdings LLC, 14 Cliffwood Ave, Suite 300, Matawan, NJ 07747, USA (“Vultr”). All Servers from vultr are hosted in the European Union.
When you visit our website, Vultr’s servers automatically collect and store information in server log files that your browser transmits. This includes:
- IP address of the requesting device
- Date and time of the request
- URL of the requested page
- Referrer URL (previously visited page)
- Browser type and version
- Operating system
This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in ensuring the stable and secure operation of our website. Server log files are deleted after 30 days unless further retention is required for security purposes.
As Vultr is based in the United States, data may be transferred to the US. Appropriate safeguards are in place pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR, including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

5. Online Store & Customer Account (WooCommerce)
We operate our online store using WooCommerce. When you place an order, we collect and process the following data:
- Company name
- Contact person name
- Billing and shipping address

- Phone number (if provided)
- VAT identification number
- Order details (products, quantities, prices)
- Payment information (processed by Stripe, see Section 6)
This data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling the purchase contract pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. We also retain order data as required by tax and commercial law (§ 147 AO, § 257 HGB) on the basis of Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR for a retention period of up to 10 years.
If you create a customer account, your data is stored until you request deletion of your account. Mandatory data retained for legal obligations will remain stored until the statutory retention periods expire.
6. Payment Processing – Stripe
We use Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, D02 H210, Ireland (“Stripe”) as our payment service provider.
When you make a payment, the following data may be transmitted to Stripe:

To deliver your order, we share the necessary shipping data (name, address, and where applicable email address and phone number) with the respective carrier. Depending on the destination and package specifications, we use the following carriers:
