Description
The GUSTAV MINI Developer System is based on one of the smallest Jetson Orin carrier boards available, measuring just 82.7 × 68.8 mm. It was designed for development teams looking to integrate AI-based computer vision directly into space-constrained systems such as autonomous vehicles, industrial inspection systems, drones, or robotics platforms. The carrier board is barely larger than a credit card, yet provides a complete camera-to-inference pipeline — out of the box.
Two GMSL2 inputs (MMCX coaxial connectors) directly connect automotive and industrial GMSL cameras with up to 6 Gbit/s per channel. Power over Coax (PoC) supplies 12 V / 500 mA per camera port, eliminating the need for separate power cables. The integrated deserializer converts both GMSL2 streams into 2× 4-lane MIPI CSI-2 for direct processing by the Jetson module. The wide-range input of 9–60 V supports 12 V passenger vehicles, 24 V trucks, and 48 V industrial power supplies without requiring an external voltage converter.
CAN 2.0b enables direct integration into vehicle and machine networks. UART, RS-232, and four GPIO pins (two of which are PWM-capable) cover typical machine control requirements. An M.2 Key-M slot (2242, PCIe Gen4 ×4) accommodates the preinstalled NVMe SSD. The system delivers 40 TOPS with the Jetson Orin Nano 8GB and up to 100 TOPS with the Orin NX 16GB — preinstalled with JetPack 6.x, including CUDA, TensorRT, and DeepStream. The operating temperature range of –25 °C to +85 °C meets industrial and automotive requirements.
