Cancellations may be accepted if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered production or has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, you may declare a withdrawal as a courtesy; we will review your request individually.
Orders for products that are manufactured, configured, or customized to the customer’s specifications cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
