DEV-SYSTEM JNX46 (7xUSB 3.2, CAN,RS485)

The JNX46 Developer System builds on the proven JNX45 architecture and extends it with key features for industrial and automotive applications. In a larger form factor (158 × 94.7 mm), the board offers not only 7× USB 3.2 (10 Gbit/s) ports but also a full DisplayPort output supporting up to 8K at 30 fps—for demanding visualization, HMI applications, or digital signage.

The 12-pin Harting GPIO header with RS485, CAN bus, 4 digital inputs, and 2 digital outputs makes the JNX46 a central control unit for complex machine interfaces. RS485 is the industrial standard for interference-resistant communication over long distances—ideal for PLC integration, motor control, or sensor networks. The 12–30 V input range enables direct operation from 12 V automotive and 24 V truck electrical systems without an external voltage converter.

As with the JNX45, an MCU (5× UART) handles remote management via LTE—watchdog functions, remote maintenance, boot logging, and fail-safe boot via the secondary NVMe slot. The 12-channel power monitoring enables detailed energy tracking. The system is delivered with a Jetson Orin Nano or Orin NX 16GB, a pre-flashed 128 GB NVMe SSD (JetPack 6.x), active cooling, and a 12 V power supply.
