X231 – AGX ORIN

Description

Der X231 ist ein leistungsstarkes Carrier Board für das NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin und bildet das Fundament für anspruchsvolle Edge-KI-Anwendungen. Sein herausragendes Merkmal ist der einzigartige Erweiterungsanschluss mit zwei PCIe x8 Bussen, der eine außergewöhnliche Erweiterbarkeit für High-Performance-Add-ons ermöglicht – von zusätzlichen M.2-Speichermodulen über OCuLink-Anbindungen bis hin zu umfangreichen GPU-Erweiterungen.

Die Netzwerkanbindung erfolgt über zwei Gigabit-Ethernet-Ports (RJ45), ergänzt durch HDMI, 2× USB 3.1 Typ-A und USB 2.0 (Micro, OTG). Der CSI-2-Erweiterungsanschluss mit insgesamt 16 Lanes bildet die Basis für Multi-Kamera-Setups in Kombination mit weiteren Erweiterungsboards. Der integrierte CAN-Bus sowie UART und I2C ermöglichen die direkte Anbindung von Sensoren und Steuergeräten ohne zusätzliche Adapter.

Die Stromversorgung unterstützt 24–48 V DC für den flexiblen Einsatz in industriellen Umgebungen. Ein M.2-Key-M-2280-Slot mit NVMe über PCIe x4 steht für schnellen lokalen Speicher bereit. Der onboard Kryptochip bietet hardwarebasierte Schlüsselspeicherung und Lizenzschutz.
